When I made the decision to come to work for Nestlé Purina, I was looking for an opportunity to grow. I wanted a company with a strong sense of teamwork in their culture. What's your favorite or most rewarding part of working for Nestlé Purina?
I enjoy the fact that my job impacts so many different teams within the Vet Team. I collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. There are areas of my job that involve very detail-oriented work as well as strategic opportunities.

What is the most exciting thing you are involved in outside of work?
The sincere respect and encouragement of a work/life balance.
I am "Team Mom" for my son's football club - The Little Knights. I am responsible for coordinating the team's travel for games and the snack schedule for the season. I also coordinate the year end team celebration party. I am the go to Mom for those parents who cannot attend practices or games for other commitments. The kids know they can go to me if they need anything.
I am also Vice President of my Home Owners Association. I am working to spearhead several committees within the association such as the Welcoming Committee and Entertainment Committee.
What items in your office could you not live without?
Pictures of my family. They're what motivate me, and no matter what kind of day I have had - the highest of highs or the lowest of lows - I am still their “Shero”!
What's your favorite place in St. Louis to relax and unwind?
Ted Drews Frozen Custard is a family favorite. It brings back memories of when I was a little girl, and after Sunday dinner, my family would travel to Ted Drews for a treat. I still go there from time to time and take my family for the nostalgic experience.
My family also enjoys attending classic car shows in the area.

What's the most thrilling vacation you ever took?
The Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN. I love the serene atmosphere. I can really unwind there.
