What made you choose to work for Nestlé Purina? What makes you stay at Nestlé Purina?
Ironically, Nestlé Purina PetCare Company found me, but from Day 1, I’ve loved the company, the culture, the people, the products, the mindset - everything. I firmly believe that there is no other company in the world that is better to work for than Nestlé Purina.
What’s your favorite or most rewarding part of working for Nestlé Purina?
I love animals, from my own dog to the stray cats in the shelters. To know that I work for a company whose no. 1 goal is to better the health of all of those animals, is very rewarding.
If you knew then, what you know now, what’s one piece of advice you would give to someone coming into the company?
Always go two steps further than what is asked of you and handle yourself in a very positive and professional manner. Networking is key to finding the right fit.

I have always been amazed at how employee-driven Nestlé Purina PetCare Company is. Take care of the employees and they will take care of the company.
